About JenJo ORIGINAL

Before I became a hairdresser, I worked as a professional makeup artist. I was used to working with high quality tools, real artist brushes with proper construction, a ferrule, and bristles that allowed for control and accuracy.

When I moved into hair color, I expected the same. Instead I found that the available color brushes were basic, single piece plastic tools that had never evolved. They worked, but they did not have the feel, precision, or quality I had been accustomed to.

I wanted a color brush that behaved like an artist brush, with a real metal ferrule and artist grade bristles that created clean placement, softer strokes, and better control. Nothing like that existed, so I designed it.

JenJo ORIGINAL is the brush I always wanted in my own hand, made for colorists who prefer a more refined tool.

For colorists who work like artists

I love using the JenJo ORIGINAL brush. It's perfect for applying the right amount of bleach for a retouch -- and it lets me use ample color with good distribution. The design is truly unique and innovative. It's easy to hold and even easier to avoid overlap.

Finally! A color brush I don't have to replace every year. This is a tool I trust!

I use the JenJo color brush for root retouches and all over color application. I don't feel compelled to go over my application again, which saves me money in the long run.

I'm thrilled with my new JenJo brush! It's super high-quality and the bristles make for much neater and even color application. Other brushes just can't compare... This one is in a category of its own.

This brush not only allows me the perfect application but also uses less product.

In haircutting, you start with beginner shears. Then you upgrade to high-quality professional ones.

In color, that evolution didn't exist.

Now it does. Here is the next step. Here is the upgrade.
